CDW Will Manage Adobe Licensing and Delivery to NetHope Members

VERNON HILLS, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CDW LLC, a leading provider of technology products and services to business, government, education and healthcare, today announced an alliance with NetHope, a non-profit collaborative of technology leaders from 31 international non-governmental organizations (NGOs), to deliver and manage 25,000 licenses of Adobe^® Acrobat^® software to NetHope member organizations. CDW’s licensing services and delivery will enable NetHope’s member NGOs to boost productivity and facilitate collaboration, benefiting their humanitarian and conservation initiatives across the globe. Additionally, CDW built and hosts a customized portal through which NetHope members can track how they are using the Adobe software.

Adobe Systems Incorporated announced its donation of the software to NetHope in March 2010, and CDW is supporting the donation with its licensing management services. Adobe Acrobat is designed to boost individual and team productivity, facilitate collaboration and increase organizational efficiency, which will support NetHope and its members in their design of technology solutions that can be replicated across many programs in the fields of agriculture, healthcare, education, natural resource management and micro-finance.

Collectively, NetHope members represent more than $33 billion of humanitarian development, emergency response and conservation programs in more than 180 countries.
