Fidelity® Nasdaq Composite Index® Tracking Stock to Declare Distribution

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fidelity Investments^® announced today that the Fidelity^® Nasdaq Composite Index^® Tracking Stock (NASDAQ: ONEQ) will declare a quarterly distribution payable to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 21, 2010. The amount of such distribution will be determined after the close of the market on September 16, 2010. The dividend will be paid on September 24, 2010.
