PITTSBURGH--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Allegheny Technologies Incorporated (NYSE:ATI) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on September 27, 2010, to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 16, 2010.
