Catalytic Oxygen Generators Could Replace Obsolete Life-Saving Technology

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Emerging Healthcare Solutions Inc. (PinkSheets:EHSI) announced today that Stand-By Systems (SBS) delivered a virtual demonstration of its products at a Homeland Security Procurement Fair this month.

The procurement fair was held Aug. 16-18 in Washington, D.C. SBS submitted a ten-minute video of the company’s innovative catalytic oxygen generator technology to the fair that was viewed by participating government organizations. SBS Chairman Ken Palmer answered participants’ questions on the company and its products via phone.

Emerging Healthcare Solutions Inc. executed a term sheet with SBS earlier this month. The companies have completed their due diligence in negotiating a profit participation plan.
