Best Co. has withdrawn the financial strength rating (FSR) of A- (Excellent) and issuer credit rating (ICR) of “a-” and assigned an NR-5 (Not Formally Followed) to the FSR and an “nr” to the ICR of CIGNA Healthcare of Utah, Inc. (Salt Lake City, UT). The company is a former subsidiary of CIGNA Corporation [NYSE: CI].
CIGNA Healthcare of Utah, Inc. ceased issuing new policies on June 1, 2009 and withdrew from the Utah health maintenance organization market on December 31, 2009.
