Digital Sky Technologies (“DST”) Acquires Full Control in Odnoklassniki.ru and Exits Nasza-Klasa.pl

MOSCOW--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Digital Sky Technologies (“DST”), one of the largest internet companies in the Russian-speaking markets announces today that it has acquired full control of Odnoklassniki.ru by buying out the minority shareholders in Forticom Group Limited (FGL) and Odnoklassniki. As a part of the transaction, FGL, now fully owned by DST, has transferred its interest in the Polish social network Nasza-Klasa.pl to the previous minority shareholders of Forticom.

DST also confirms that, further to its announcement of 14 July 2010, the deal with Naspers Limited has been completed. DST has now assumed control of over 99.9% of Mail.ru. Mail.ru is the leading communication and entertainment platform in the Russian-speaking internet world, with over 50m registered email accounts, leading market share in MMO games and one of the leading social networks in Russia.
