In this role Newton will lead the company’s manufacturing, purchasing and quality improvement initiatives as well as assist in new product development.

Newton is well equipped for his new role as he brings to Aethon more than 30 years’ experience in new product development, quality assurance and continuous process improvement. Most recently he served as vice president of global quality systems for Diebold Incorporated, a leader in providing integrated self-service delivery systems and services worldwide. Newton brings innovation and experience in virtually all aspects of operations, not only domestically but supporting quality improvement, product development, risk reduction, strategic planning and operational efficiencies globally.

Newton holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Akron in Ohio and a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
