Galaxy & Starlight Purchase China’s First DaVinci Resolve 7.0

BEIJING--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Blackmagic Design today announced that Galaxy & Starlight, one of China’s top companies that provide film and video equipment rental and postproduction services, has purchased China’s first Linux-based DaVinci Resolve 7.0 non-linear color correction system, which takes advantage of the power of 8 GPUs for realtime 4K/2K/HD/SD and stereoscopic 3D grading.

With the goal of becoming one of the most influential service providers for China’s film and video industry, Galaxy & Starlight has been incorporating cutting edge equipment into their arsenal of production tools.
