Farient Advisors LLC Expands West Coast Presence with Addition of Two New Executives in Los Angeles Office

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Farient Advisors, a leading independent executive compensation and performance consulting firm, is pleased to announce that Dayna L. Harris and Daniel R. Mumenthaler have joined the Los Angeles office as a Vice President and Manager, respectively.

Ms. Harris has over 20 years of experience providing counsel on executive and board compensation and was previously a principal at Semler Brossy Consulting Group, Sibson and SCA Consulting. She holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University.

Prior to joining Farient, Mr. Mumenthaler worked at the executive compensation consulting firm Pearl Meyer & Partners. He holds an MBA from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Davis.
