Direct USB sync with DROID 2 works in tandem with an Android app called DejaOffice^™, a mobile contact manager suite with address book, calendar, tasks and notes apps. Data can sync two-ways between PC and DejaOffice using the USB cable that comes with DROID 2.

Wireless sync through Google relies on the built-in integration the DROID 2 has with Google Contacts and Google Calendar. CompanionLink synchronizes PC contacts, calendar and tasks to Google, which then synchronizes over-the-air to the DROID 2. Changes made on DROID 2 will sync back to Google and then to the PC through CompanionLink.
