NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--United EcoEnergy Corp. (OTCBB: UEEC), a healthcare solutions and product development company focusing on the expanding wound-care industry, today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Epic Wound Care, Inc., has signed a corporate sponsorship agreement with the American Diabetes Association.

The three-year agreement between Epic Wound Care and the American Diabetes Association recognizes Epic as a National Strategic Partner, the Association’s highest level of corporate support for a consumer product company and it grants Epic and its affiliates a license to utilize and display the Association name, taglines and various “Proud Sponsor” and “National Strategic Partner” logos on its marketing material and products throughout the term of the agreement. The use of the Association’s name and logo does not constitute an endorsement of the product but acknowledges Epic’s commitment to supporting the mission to stop diabetes and improve the lives of those affected by the disease.
