MB Financial, Inc. Approves Dividend

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--MB Financial, Inc., (Nasdaq: MBFI) will pay a cash dividend, distributing $0.01 per share to shareholders of record as of August 13, to be paid on August 31. The MB Financial Board of Directors approved the payment at its recent meeting.

MBFI is the $10.6 billion holding company for MB Financial Bank, N.A. MB Financial Bank is a locally operated financial institution that has been delivering competitive, personalized service for nearly 100 years to businesses and individuals who live and work in the Chicago metropolitan area.
