The MicroCrush timeframe begins with harvest and extends through at least an eight month period for white wine and up to a 24-month timeframe for most red wines, including Cabernet Sauvignon. You can choose what type of wine grape you want to work with…and MicroCrush will find the vineyard source for you and handle all the details from when the grapes arrive at the winery to when you leave with your finished bottles.

A shorter-term one-day alternative is the Bottle Blending Day Camp. Winemakers Judd Finkelstein and Kenn Vigoda will guide you through a day of tasting and blending. When you leave, you’ll take with you three bottles (or more, depending on your preference) of your own Napa Valley (red) Bordeaux-style blend.
