SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pacific Entertainment Corporation (OTC PK: PENT) is taking its award-winning Baby Genius® brand into the computer age in the U.S. through a new licensing deal with Hong Kong-based Winfat Industrial Co. Ltd., it was announced by Larry Balaban, CCO. The Joester Loria Group, exclusive licensing agency for Baby Genius, brokered the deal.
The agreement currently grants Winfat rights to manufacture Electronic Learning Aids including bilingual pre-school laptop computers and learning boards for distribution throughout the U.S. to mass-market and mid-tier retailers, ecommerce, specialty toy stores and book store chains through 2013. The first line of products is planned for release in spring 2011.
