DURABANTE ANNOUNCES HIRING OF PAM LYNCH IN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ROLE
DuraBante was pleased to announce the hiring of Pamela (Pam) Lynch effective July 5th as its new Director of Business Development. Pam, who brings an extremely in-depth background in the areas of Marketing and Sales, also brings an equally successful track record.
Scott Thompson, DuraBante’s Managing Partner, trumpeted the arrival of Ms. Lynch. He stated “We are pleased to welcome Pam. Given her deep experience partnering with clients, DuraBante will be better positioned to share its message of value creation through strategic staffing and consulting services.”
For the past seven years, Pam was working as a Demand Creation Manager at Management Resources Group (MRG), where she applied her expertise in developing and implementing marketing strategies. Prior to that, she spent eight years as a Project Manager with the Marenzana Group, applying expertise in design and development of conference centers. She also has over eight years experience as a Technical Sales Manager for Hoberg Gage and Grinding Industries (now Hoberg Industries).
A graduate of Teikyo Post University, Pam also graduated Summa Cum Laude from Naugatuck Valley Community College.
In joining the DuraBante team, Pam feels she’ll be able to leverage her considerable skills to help DuraBante move forward with the company’s objectives, while at the same time providing additional value to its clients.
