S2K Service & Repair software streamlines operations to ensure that businesses can capitalize on money-saving opportunities without sacrificing service. Designed to manage service calls and the repair of serialized equipment, this module provides the ability to enter and track a service request, assign work to technicians, as well as record labor time and service codes and parts used to repair equipment. This application supports Service Contracts and Preventive Maintenance Agreements with automatic recurring billing options. Available inquiries and reports allow the user to view open and completed service requests, service calls by technician and a complete list of maintenance contracts by expiration date.

  • Enhanced Service & Billing Repair. S2K Service & Repair includes a Customer Order and Inventory Module that is sensitive to company and location criteria. With this solution, organizations can effectively manage customer service calls and related repair of serialized equipment.
  • Redesigned Rental Capabilities. VAI has completely redesigned the S2K Rental application to facilitate the effective scheduling, tracking and billing of rental equipment. New features include a rental equipment calendar, equipment availability inquiry and flexible pricing options—arming companies with the knowledge needed to plan and forecast equipment availability accurately.
  • Warranty Processing Made Easy. If not recorded properly, Warranty service calls can create billing difficulties. VAI has created a seamless process to record these types of service transactions precisely. S2K automatically creates a Service/Repair Invoice to document service transactions. During the update process, a Credit Memo is auto-generated to the customer to offset the invoice. Additionally, S2K produces a Debit Memo for the Bill-to Customer. The software then transmits these memos to an Accounts Receivable Adjustment Batch with a system-generated batch description of all Service and Billing Warranty Adjustments, ensuring that all data is accurate and timely for accounting purposes.
  • Accurate, Timely Service Warranty Reports. S2K Enterprise Service & Repair now features a new Service Warranty Report. This report provides customers with detailed service call information for those items repaired under warranty. Based on the information requested, the report can detail single company information, service posting period, invoice date and vendor, or any combination thereof.
