With the new Travelocity Rewards American Express Card, which carries an annual fee of $39, Cardmembers can take advantage of a comprehensive, easy-to-use and generous program that enables them to earn 5 points for every $1 spent at Travelocity. In addition, Cardmembers can choose from one of three categories – restaurant, groceries or gas – to earn an additional 2 points for every $1 spent within their selected category and 1 point for every $1 spent on all other purchases. Cardmembers can also opt for a version of the Travelocity Rewards American Express Card, which carries no annual fee and offers 3 points for every $1 spent at Travelocity and 1 point for all other purchases.
With the Travelocity Rewards American Express Card, Cardmembers are able to redeem their points faster and for more value compared to other mileage programs. While other airline mileage programs commonly require consumers to redeem a minimum of 25,000 miles on “saver awards,” Travelocity makes it easier to cash in for reward travel with no restrictions. For example, Cardmembers can receive $50 off their travel booking starting with just 5,000 points or earn free travel worth up to $400 with only 20,000 points.
The Travelocity Rewards American Express® Card is being marketed through the Travelocity web site, email, web advertising and direct mail. American Express is the official Card of Travelocity.

The deadline for entries is September 15, 2010. Winners will be selected on or around September 28, 2010. Photos from the dream trips will likely start to appear on the Travelocity website during and after the dream trips.
Consumers are not required to be Cardmembers and no purchase is necessary to enter.
