LOS ANGELES--()--Since 2004, Farzin Emrani, Shlomi Ronen and Steven Yazdani have worked together in real estate finance, from equity and debt placement for commercial real estate investors and developers to loan sale advisory on behalf of financial institutions. Today the team announced the formation of a new company, Lucent Capital, to apply their combined knowledge of real estate capital markets, global relationships and commercial real estate expertise to creating capital solutions for today’s complex real estate environment.

Lucent Capital’s management team has arranged and structured more than $4 billion of real estate capital for premier owners, investors and developers in the last five years. In addition, they marketed more than $1 billion in loan sales in 2009 throughout the United States and Mexico.

Lucent Capital’s executives have worked with many of the nation’s top owners, investors and developers to arrange and structure debt and equity financing for commercial real estate. Emrani, Ronen and Yazdani most recently opened the Los Angeles office of Carlton Advisory Services. They previously worked together at George Smith Partners.
