FUJIAN, China--()--China MediaExpress Holdings, Inc. (NYSE Amex: CCME) (“CME” or “Company”), China’s largest television advertising operator on inter-city express buses, today announced that it has filed a notification with the SEC to allow more time for its Annual Report on Form 10-K to be filed.

Zheng Cheng, CME’s Founder and CEO, noted, "This is our first year as an "accelerated filer" under the SEC rules, which led us to seek an extension of the 10-K filing due date from the SEC."
As indicated in the notification, CME is currently estimating that it will report net income of approximately $41 million for its 2009 fiscal year. As previously announced, the 2009 fourth quarter and year-end conference call has been scheduled for March 23, 2010 to discuss the final results upon their public release.
