WAYNE, N.J.--()--TechnoDyne, a fast growing Information Technology services company, today announced that Dr. Padma Allen, Chief Financial Officer, has been chosen by NJBIZ as one of New Jersey’s 2010 Best 50 Women in Business. The award recognizes women who share a commitment to business growth, professional excellence and the community. Honorees are also influential in shaping the economic future of New Jersey.

Co-founding TechnoDyne in 1998, Dr. Allen has helped transform the company from start-up to multi-million dollar corporation with Fortune 500 clients. She is responsible for creating TechnoDyne’s financial infrastructure, generating more than $80 million in revenue in 2008 without external capital investment. Due to Dr. Allen’s leadership, TechnoDyne now has over 450 employees in its workforce and has implemented diversity, career development, retention and client relationship building initiatives.

Dr. Allen is also a donor at iMentor , whose mission is to facilitate the development of high-quality, high-impact mentoring programs that address the most critical challenges facing underserved youth through an innovative combination of partnership, technology, curriculum, research and ongoing support. In addition, Dr. Allen is a member of Women in Defense, National Association of Professional Women and National Defense Industrial Association. Dr. Allen earned her M.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine and is currently completing her Master’s of Business Administration degree at the Stern School of Business at New York University.
Dr. Allen will be recognized at an award ceremony and reception on April 7th, 2010 in Somerset, NJ.
