(Euronext Amsterdam: KKR), referred to as KKR Guernsey, announced that its annual financial report is available at the Investor Relations section of KKR’s website at www.kkr.com. In addition, KKR Guernsey’s annual information document containing a list of its public disclosures may be obtained from its paying agent, ING Bank N.V., at Van Heenvlietlaan 220, 1083 CN Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

The 2009 annual financial report includes audited financial information for each of KKR Guernsey and KKR Group Holdings L.P. (together with its affiliates, “KKR”) for the year ended December 31, 2009. KKR Group Holdings L.P. is the entity through which KKR Guernsey holds its 30% interest in KKR’s business resulting from the transaction completed on October 1, 2009 between KKR Guernsey (formerly known as KKR Private Equity Investors, L.P.) and KKR (the “Combination Transaction”). As such, for all periods prior to October 1, 2009, the effective date of the Combination Transaction, the information contained in the report reflects only the historical financial results of KKR Guernsey and KKR and the effects of the Combination Transaction are only reflected for the three months ended December 31, 2009.
