LOUISVILLE, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--HumanaOne®, the individual health division of Humana Inc. (NYSE: HUM), has introduced a new individual vision insurance plan on www.humanaonedental.com. With the launch of this new product, HumanaOne is also expanding its affordable vision insurance plans to a number of states it had not previously served.

The vision plan, called HumanaOne Vision Focus Plan, offers annual eye exams and lenses for a low copayment. It includes a retail frame allowance and discounts on Lasik. The plan, which is being offered through Humana Insurance Company, is currently available online in 19 states. Another product, the HumanaOne Vision Care Plan is available in an additional 18 states. These individual vision insurance plans are available regardless of a person’s health condition or medical plan, with rates starting as low as $13.99 a month in some states.
