SOUTH PORTLAND, Maine--()--The 17th annual JHA Dynamics Seminar will feature top health care experts during its’ upcoming program being held March 2 – 4, 2010 at the Sawgrass Marriott in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL.

Elizabeth Hall, Vice President of Public Policy at WellPoint, Inc., will deliver a keynote presentation on Wednesday, March 3 titled “Health Care Reform – Threat or Opportunity?” Based on her experience representing WellPoint’s goal of responsible health reform, Ms. Hall will deliver the latest update on pending health care legislation; discuss the key issues involved in the debate, and offer insight into expected health care trends that the insurance industry should prepare for no matter what type of reform is delivered.
Chris Nadeau, a Principal with William Gallagher Insurance in Boston, will explain the lessons he has learned from conducting business in the only state where health insurance is mandatory. Mr. Nadeau, as the Chair of The Council of Employee Benefits Executives, offers testimony and advice to policy makers in Washington. Joining Mr. Nadeau will be JR Shamley, who is Aon’s innovation leader of the emergent Absence, Disability and Life Management Practice. Together Mr. Shamley and Mr. Nadeau will lead an interactive forum titled “Darwin’s Theory – Advisor Evolution in a Changing Environment” on Thursday, March 4, 2010. The session will explore how carriers, employers, and their advisors can continue to be successful in a changing legislative landscape.
