Service Providers are developing business models to take advantage of the Wi-Fi connections on cellular phones, allowing them a way to offload data from their 3G cellular networks,” added Shalinsky.
The report also indicates that shipments of Service Provider Mesh nodes and Broadband Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) with WLAN will each more than double over the next 5 years.
