Fitch Affirms Chrysler Auto WLBVF 2008-A Trust

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings has affirmed the Chrysler Auto WLBVF 2008-A Trust.

The collateral continues to perform within Fitch's base case expectations. Currently, under the credit enhancement structure, the securities can withstand stress scenarios consistent with the ratings assigned and still make full payments of interest and principal in accordance with the terms of the documents.

The securities have been privately placed and are backed by beneficial interests in a pool of new and used commercial vehicle auto loans contracts and the underlying vehicles.

Fitch affirms the following:

--Class A at 'AAA'.
