PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Zounds Hearing, Inc., a designer, manufacturer and retailer of high performing hearing aids, has recently launched its next-generation hearing aids on the Crystal ClarityTM sound architecture platform. In addition to the Riazo and Potenz product families, the Clareza hearing aid is proving to be Zounds Hearing’s flagship product after only several weeks on the market.
“It’s really a perfect hearing aid,” said Sam Thomasson, Zounds Hearing founder and CEO. “Among the host of amazing features, it’s the overall clarity that the Clareza can provide that has our customers so excited.”
The Clareza product family is available in two models, the “Clareza 8” and the “Clareza 16.” Both models offer similar feature sets, with the primary difference being the total number of channels that are programmed based on an individual’s need.
The Clareza, like its sister products, offers Intuitive Noise CancellationTM, which eliminates unwanted background noise, Dynamic Feedback CancellationTM, which eliminates the annoying squealing, Shock Sound SuppressionTM, which reduces loud, painful sounds before the user can register them, and EnviroSenzeTM, an exclusive technology which tells the hearing aid to constantly scan the user's environment and adjusts itself for optimal performance. Combined with dual microphones, the result is amazing clarity for the Zounds Hearing customer.
While both offering a full hearing system with a Global EnergyTM Charging Station and Empower Remote Control, the primary difference between the Clareza and the Potenz is volume output. The Potenz is engineered for those suffering from a profound hearing loss who need the most amplification possible.
The Riazo product family offers a high performing hearing aid with many of the features available in the Clareza and is not offered in a hearing system, making it a great entry-level hearing aid.
