StepStone Recognized as a Leader in All Key Customer Satisfaction Categories

AUSTIN, Texas--()--StepStone Solutions has emerged as a ‘customer satisfaction leader’ across all categories in a comprehensive new report1 on customer satisfaction with talent management solutions from the sector’s leading research company, Bersin & Associates. The report gave the distinction of “leader” to only those vendors that fell into the top 20 percent of customer satisfaction scores. StepStone Solutions, grouped with other providers addressing global enterprises, achieved this distinction in every one of nine satisfaction categories, which included implementation satisfaction, service satisfaction, and product satisfaction.

The report is based on a detailed survey of more than 500 organizations of all sizes – from small-to-medium-sized businesses to globally distributed major corporations. Survey responses reflect more than 900 talent management implementations.

According to the report, “The needs of global enterprises are very complex. Applications must support multiple languages, multiple currencies, and complex domain security. They must also be highly configurable to meet unique business needs and various geography requirements. Only a few talent management suites offer comprehensive support to accommodate complex global implementations today.”
