DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--As part of its ongoing menu transformation, Romano’s Macaroni Grill introduces a new Mediterranean Lunch Menu starting at $6.99, featuring 13 truly delicious new recipes that are lighter and served faster than the company’s previous lunch offering. The new lunch menu strengthens its commitment to serve great tasting, authentic Italian Mediterranean food that guests can enjoy every day.

The new Mediterranean Lunch Menu is available Monday through Friday and includes:

New Fresh Greens with homemade dressing as well as other favorites such as Seared Sea Scallops & Spinach Salad
Authentic Italian soups like Amalfi Chicken and Pasta e Fagioli
Fresh Italian sandwiches including Grilled Chicken or Imported Prosciutto served on toasted focaccia bread
The signature line of Grilled Rosemary Spiedini, such as Grilled Chicken and Jumbo Shrimp, grilled on skewers and served with colorful roasted vegetables

Each new recipe is skillfully prepared by chefs in open kitchens using the finest ingredients. As a true hallmark of the Mediterranean style of cooking, more than half of the items on the new lunch menu also contain less than 450 calories, offering guests choices that both taste great and are better for you.

The Mediterranean Lunch Menu is the latest milestone in the company’s efforts to transform its entire menu with recipes inspired by the naturally beneficial Italian Mediterranean style of cooking.
