LOS ANGELES--()--Boxers & Ballerinas, Inc. (www.BoxersAndBallerinas.tv), a local studio specializing in private training and small group classes, has announced the launch of “Think & Dance Like a Star.” The six week dance workshop and showcase for kids ages 8-11 will launch on February 2, 2010 and will culminate at the end of March where students will be able to show their moves and strut their stuff in front of a live audience.

Students will learn popular dance styles seen on shows like “Dancing with the Stars,” “So You Think You Can Dance,” “America’s Best Dance Crew,” and more. Special guest instructors include nationally renowned choreographers and TV dance stars including:
- Julia Bantner, choreographer for “So You Think You Can Dance.”
- Nanci Anderson, seen in Austin Powers, Miss Congeniality 2 and Dreamgirls.
- Rodolfo Diaz Utra, featured on “America’s Best Dance Crew” and the Latin GRAMMYs.
- Jennifer Galardi, fitness expert and dance video choreographer for the Pussycat Dolls.

“Think & Dance Like a Star” will be offered exclusively at the Boxers & Ballerinas studio in Studio City, California for ages 8-11. No previous dance experience is required. The cost of the six week workshop and live, on-stage performance is $325. Registration is from January 4th to January 25th, 2010 and a $100 deposit is required. Space is limited to 30 students.
