RMR Funds Announce Record Date for Annual Meetings of Shareholders

NEWTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--RMR Real Estate Income Fund (NYSE Amex: RIF) and RMR Asia Pacific Real Estate Fund (NYSE Amex: RAP) today announced that the 2010 Annual Meetings of Shareholders will be held on Thursday, March 11, 2010. The record date for determination of shareholders entitled to vote at the Meetings has been set at the close of business on Friday, January 15, 2010.
