The Morgan Stanley China A Share Fund, Inc. Revises Ex-Date for Year-End Dividend

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Morgan Stanley China A Share Fund, Inc. (NYSE: CAF) declared a year-end dividend of $2.7582 per share of short-term capital gains and $1.5045 per share of long-term capital gains. The New York Stock Exchange has advised that the ex-date will be December 30, 2009 and not December 29, 2009.

The Morgan Stanley China A Share Fund, Inc. (the “Fund”), advised by Morgan Stanley Investment Management Inc., is a closed-end management investment company seeking to achieve capital growth through investments primarily in A-Shares of Chinese companies listed on the Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges.
