The symptoms include cough, fever, headaches and body aches, and the incubation period is two to 14 days from the time of exposure. The Epic Hotel has been closed while the Miami-Dade County Health Department conducts its inspections of the water and filtration system, which has been reported to have removed chlorine that prevents waterborne diseases.
