PSI’s 2009 Annual Performance Exceeds Expectations Despite the Challenging Economy

PSI’s Licensure division was able to retain 100% of their licensure clients through a competitive bidding process in addition to growing by 10 large contracts, including strategic growth in the insurance industry with major wins in Minnesota and New Jersey. PSI has a stellar reputation in this area and is currently the number one provider in real estate, construction and cosmetology and barber state licensure programs.

PSI’s Certification division has also experienced growth. This division, which has been re-aligned and given a new sales focus in Q3 of 2009, has grown by 9% over last year. This growth rate is expected to double in 2010.

In October 2009, the national unemployment rate rose to 10.2 percent, the highest rate since April 1983. Despite these discouraging numbers, PSI’s Talent Assessment division was able to secure 67 new talent assessment clients. This was due to PSI’s reputation for being a leader in the professional assessment industry and providing best-in-class assessment solutions.
