The value of the contract to Kofax is in excess of $400,000.

Kofax Communication Server will enable the company to receive large volumes of customer account documents from field representatives, technicians and customers via fax for processing, thereby consolidating and streamlining its communications into a centralized automated system. The solution will also enable the service provider to utilize approximately 190 Fax over IP (FoIP) channels to offer fax, SMS and MMS communication services to its customers. As a result, the organization will reduce labor intensive, error prone manual tasks and achieve faster processing times, which will lead to significant cost savings and improved customer service levels.
