ASRC Management Services Appoints Gary Newgaard Senior Vice President of Corporate Development

GREENBELT, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ASRC Management Services has appointed Gary Newgaard to the newly created position of senior vice president of corporate development. Newgaard joins ASRC Management Services from Paragon Systems, where he was president.

Newgaard has built and led information technology businesses for more than 20 years. In 2000, he co-founded and became president of Intelligent Enterprise Solutions, and then in 2003 he acquired and became president of Paragon Systems. Earlier he was vice president and general manager of the federal subsidiary of Compaq Computer Corporation and its director of federal sales.
