UGI Declares Common Dividend

VALLEY FORGE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Directors of UGI Corp. (NYSE: UGI), a holding company with utility, propane marketing and energy services subsidiaries, today declared the quarterly dividend of $0.20 a share on the company’s common stock. The dividend is payable January 1, 2010 to shareholders of record as of December 15, 2009.

UGI has paid common dividends for 125 consecutive years and raised its dividend in each of the last 22 years.

UGI is a holding company with propane marketing, utility and energy marketing subsidiaries. Through subsidiaries, UGI owns 44% of AmeriGas Partners, L.P. (NYSE: APU), the nation's largest retail propane marketer, and owns Antargaz, one of the largest LPG distributors in France.
