KB Home Names Jon Hardy President of Carolinas Division

CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--KB Home (NYSE:KBH), one of America’s premier homebuilders, today announced that Jon Hardy has been named president of the Company’s Carolinas division. In this role, Hardy assumes responsibility for all of the Company’s homebuilding operations throughout the Raleigh, Charlotte, Charleston and Columbia markets, from land acquisition and construction to sales and customer service.

Prior to joining KB Home, Hardy was division president for Pulte Homes in Charlotte and brand manager for Pulte’s Del Webb division. Hardy also spent 12 years at Ryland Homes, most recently as division president for its Carolinas division, which included the Charlotte, Greensboro, Greenville and Charleston markets.

Hardy graduated from Robert Morrison University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Science Business Management. Hardy has lived in North Carolina for over 18 years.
