As the influx of candidate resumes persists in today’s economic environment, the time HR professionals can spend on strategic activities is limited. Peopleclick’s latest product releases have focused on helping recruiters streamline the hiring process, increase efficiency and automate their day-to-day tasks. For example, with Peopleclick Contact Management 2.2 and the newly-added resume parsing capability, recruiters can instantly create a new contact by simply uploading a resume.
In addition, the release of Peopleclick Interview Scheduling 2.1 includes several enhancements, such as a new reporting datamart in the Peopleclick® Business Intelligence Platform. Using a new library of standard reports, clients view detailed information on Interview Time Slot Summaries and Interview Schedules, Candidate Data Collection Summaries and Overdue/Expired Interview lists. This release also features additional self-service functions, giving recruiters the ability to configure their interview scheduling page with questions for each candidate. With this function, recruiters can collect detailed information about the candidate as the interview is scheduled online. Lastly, Peopleclick Onboarding 2.1 unveils an email digest feature, allowing recruiters the flexibility to control the number of task alerts they receive on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
