Occupying three full floors, the new facility is positioned as Manhattan’s first purpose built “business class” conference and event facility.

The vision for Sentry Centers became a reality after Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association - College Retirement Equities Fund (TIAA-CREF) leased their corporate meeting facilities to Sentry Center Mid-Town East, LLC. As a result, the new facility has exceptionally elegant and well-appointed conference and board rooms, far beyond those found in most Midtown NY hotels.

The Wharton Ballroom, a 4,000 square foot space located on the 17th floor with two-story floor-to-ceiling windows that provide stunning views of the Midtown skyline. Meeting capacity for an audience of up to 400 people.
The Outdoor Garden Terrace, a luxurious outdoor space on the 22^nd floor ideal for social events and banquets under the sun and stars.
