Altera Chief John Daane Elected SIA Chairman

SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The board of directors of the Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA) today elected John Daane, president, chief executive officer, and chairman of the board of Altera Corporation, as its 2010 chairman. Ray Stata, chairman of the board of Analog Devices Incorporated, was elected vice chairman.
