ON Semiconductor Joins Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition (EICC)

PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ON Semiconductor (Nasdaq: ONNN), a leading global provider of high performance, energy efficient, silicon solutions, has become an applicant member of the Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition (EICC) in order to deliver the shared benefits of a consistent code of conduct framework throughout its global supply chain.

As an EICC applicant member, ON Semiconductor is committed to the organization’s shared Code of Conduct – which is a standards-based approach for monitoring compliance across several areas of activity including environmental, sustainability, labor, health and safety.

While ON Semiconductor believes it is in compliance with all EICC guidelines, formal membership in the coalition will assist in confirming compliance and continued improvement. It will also enable ON Semiconductor to progressively begin to apply the EICC code to ensure compliance by key vendors that support the manufacturing of ON Semiconductor products.

Sustainability Initiatives
