ServiceLink Appoints Jane Johnson as SVP of Loss Mitigation Services

PITTSBURGH--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ServiceLink , a leading provider of mortgage origination and default services nationwide and the national mortgage lender platform for the Fidelity National Financial family of companies (NYSE: FNF), announced today that Jane Johnson has been appointed Senior Vice President of Loss Mitigation Services.

Ms. Johnson will have responsibility for all loss mitigation operations, including loan modifications, HMP outsourcing and short sale processing. Ms Johnson brings over 20 years industry experience with a strong background in servicing large integrated mortgage portfolios. During her tenure in the mortgage industry, Ms. Johnson has spearheaded the use of leading technology solutions in servicing, helping to streamline processes and consistently deliver first-rate customer service.

Since 1998, Ms. Johnson has served in senior positions at Citi Residential Lending, and AMC Mortgage Services, which was acquired by Citibank in 2003. Most recently, she was responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight in the execution of Citibank’s large-scale portfolio of residential mortgage holdings. Prior to her tenure at Citi Residential Services, Ms. Johnson served in various risk assessment, loss mitigation, workout and compliance positions at Countrywide Home Loan. Ms. Johnson holds a B.S. in Business Administration from California Lutheran University.
