Keller Williams Realty Professionals Launches Commercial Division in Fort Lauderdale, FL

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Keller Williams Realty Professionals, launched a Fort Lauderdale based commercial division of Keller Williams Realty. The new commercial center will operate as KW Commercial Division of Fort Lauderdale (www.KWCommercial.com).

The new Commercial Division in Fort Lauderdale will provide select commercial real estate services to clients in partnership with other KW Commercial Division offices around the nation. KW Commercial provides integrated real estate services for clients in virtually any market worldwide. KW Commercial’s core disciplines include: Industrial, Office, Investment Sales, Retail Services, Nonprofit and Municipal services, Land brokerage and Multi-family.

Quickly attracting many of the top producing commercial brokers throughout North America, KW Commercial’s President, Buddy Norman, emphasized that the division is committed to “raising everyone’s game” through the creation of a North American referral network, along with a strong education program and a supportive culture. In Fort Lauderdale the KW Commercial Division will be headed by two senior commercial directors/brokers, Leyla Semenov and Brian Fleming. The initial thrust of their practice will be servicing the growing demand for distressed commercial asset services including accelerated marketing and dispositions along with other traditional and fee-based services for lenders and the courts.
