LRGHealthcare to Implement IntraNexus SAPPHIRE® Clinical Suite

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--IntraNexus Inc., a leading provider of HIS solutions for nearly 17 years, announced today that LRGHealthcare, a two-hospital integrated delivery system based in Laconia, N.H., has signed an agreement to purchase the IntraNexus SAPPHIRE clinical software suite including clinical management, advanced documentation, pharmacy, lab, radiology, scheduling and document management. IntraNexus will provide its web-based EHR and ultimately CPOE to LRGHealthcare’s hospitals, clinics, physicians and affiliated programs.

LRGHealthcare is comprised of two community hospitals, 137-bed Lakes Region General Hospital and Franklin Regional Hospital, a 25-bed critical access hospital. IntraNexus has worked closely with the senior management at LRGHealthcare since 1995. Implementation of SAPPHIRE is expected to begin in the fall with initial applications available early next year.
