Today, parties can eFile in sixteen Texas Justice of the Peace courts, including courts in Bell, El Paso, Fort Bend, Lubbock, Randall, Tom Green, and Williamson Counties.

With a statutory maximum limit of $10,000 per filing, Pro Se litigation is on the rise.
