Drivers now simply pay for parking while boarding the train. The recent launch of Pay by Phone parking adds to the significant list of improvements the City has made at the station lots.

Texas Tech University (TTU) students now have an easy way to avoid parking violations in the university parking lots. The Pay by Phone system was installed to help decrease the number of tickets drivers were receiving while reducing reliance solely on parking meters for collection of revenue. The program highlights TTU’s commitment to utilize new technology on campus.
