The March Group Welcomes Human Resources Assistant Carla Batista

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The March Group, a private mergers and acquisitions firm, welcomes Carla Batista, who joined The March Group on June 29, 2009, as human resources assistant.

Carla brings over five years of experience as a human resources assistant from the medical and resort/vacation industries. Carla will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of the human resources department, including new hire processing and onboarding, benefits, performance reviews, annual training, and employee counseling; she will also act as the liaison for facilities issues in the Coral Springs office.
