Medicity’s Care Collaboration Platform to Enable Clinical Operability and Community Healthcare Data Exchange for Eclipsys’ Clients

By leveraging Medicity’s market-leading Care Collaboration Platform, the vendor-neutral solution will enable access, exchange and sharing of patient-centric clinical information, thereby enabling seamless exchange of health information among disparate systems within and across acute care, ambulatory and community settings.
