NHI invests $3.9 million in mortgage loan

MURFREESBORO, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--National Health Investors, Inc. (NYSE:NHI) announced today it has purchased a discounted first mortgage loan for $3.9 million which is collateralized by a 70-bed assisted living facility in Minnesota. The loan matures in February 2018.
