Bluegrass Cellular to Implement SaskTel International OSS Solution

REGINA, Saskatchewan--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SaskTel International , a leading provider of innovative telecommunications OSS solutions and consulting services addressing the needs of service providers worldwide, has signed an agreement with Bluegrass Cellular to provide a wireless provisioning solution to activate new and existing cellular customers across the carrier’s service territory. This solution is powered by SaskTel International’s Java EE-based OpenSwitchGate (OSG) activation solution.
